Tuesday's Assignment

Today, we look at the area of language and citizenship.

1. Watch the above movie, and write down 5 new words. Watch it again, this time following it on transcript. Make sentences with your new words, and say them to a partner.
2. Go through the process of proving language proficiency. Discuss with a partner your thoughts about the relevance of language to citizenship.
3. Practise speaking by yourself, and then find a partner to role play this podcast on Doubting One’s Language Use.
