How about this customer service video? Tell a partner what are some expectations for customer service in North America. How might they be similar to those in your country of origin? And how might they be different? Talk to at least two partners.- Practise this dialogue (comparing your voice recording on vocaroo.com with the website’s), and then with a partner. When you have finished practising, place the audio link on your blog. Having had some customer service experiences, how would you comment on your classmates' blogs?
- Write a note to an insurance company, Trillium Mutual Life and Auto, to cancel or change a policy and to request a refund. Use proper email formatting and state your reason clearly.
