Answer (Transcript):

1. The Foreign Caregiver Program has undergone several major revisions. According to new rules, it is now optional for caregivers to live with their employers. 
2. Beginning this year, the Government has increased the application fee for Canadian citizenship to $530 per adult applicant. 
3. We are doing this because the court has ordered us to do so. We will respect the decision while not agreeing with it.
