Ah, at the beginning it was great. You make your own hours. You make as much money as you want; it's kind of addicting at first. I would catch myself sometimes driving eight to ten hours a day. The next ride, you know, could be a $50 ride. You never know. If they have to go halfway across Los Angeles, that might be 30 miles with a surge rate where you get extra money, then you could make $50 in one ride. So you never know when that ride's going to come. So it's kind of you're chasing that. So that's what kept me going. And the money--an unlimited amount of money--An unlimited amount of hours--no one tells you when to stop; no one tells you when to begin. It's great for my situation, coming to Los Angeles and not having an every day 9-to-5 job at first.
