diabetes and even cancer. Taking steps to lose weight will decrease your overall mortality risks and

Most people
are not getting enough physical activity. Maintaining a good body means that
physical training is a must. Your heart, needs to be worked out as well. It is
necessary to exercise your body a few times a week.

Smoking has
been extremely harmful to human health. If you are smoking, it is in your best interest to stop. Smoking
increases the risk of cancer, and not just lung cancer, but also to cancers
including brain and pancreas cancer.

Poor dietary
choices will impact your health. Processed foods are bad for you and they reduce people's lifespan. If you
want to life longer and be healthier, you will need to choose a diet that is rich in vitamins and minerals. Consider adding flavor to
your food with spices which are full of nutrition and antioxidants.
