Speaking of our theme of the week, health, here's another cartoon to consider:











Here are your tasks for this afternoon:

1. Edit your blog using the Editing Checklist, and check with at least 2 partners before updating.
2. Complete any outstanding work from this week's assignments.
3. When you have finished the above, compose a conversation between A and B on the following topic: Mental illness is a serious problem in modern society. Medication for diseases like schizophrenia can cost an arm and a leg. Create a conversation between A (a doctor) and B (the parent of a patient) about the cost of the prescription. Try it out with a partner before posting it on your blog.

1. Create a post describing your field trip last Wednesday in answer to WH questions like Who, Why, What, etc., e.g. Who went on the trip? Who led the trip? Where did you go? Why did you go there?
