Good afternoon! Great job, folks! Hope you're all confident about Emergencies by now!

Here are your tasks for the rest of the afternoon:

Task one:

Write a short trip report about yesterday’s field trip. Interview a classmate about it. Describe what you liked, what you didn't like, what you learned, and if you would like to repeat it again or not and why.

Task two:

Please register for the IEP conference that is coming up on Feb. 26^th. Click here and send me the confirmation after the registration.

Welcome back! So, have you ever experienced a burglary? If so, what would you do?

Here are your tasks for this afternoon:

1. Take dictation of this call, only of the dispatcher's speech, from the beginning to 1:48.
2. Check with a partner, and then reenact with 2 or 3 partners using your own caller’s details.
3. Record on Chirbit or Audioboom.

Thursday's Assignment

Good morning! The first thing we're going to do today is to follow-up on all the interesting, useful, and varied idioms from the Dictation Triptych on Rec Jobs.

So here are your tasks:

1. Identify 10 most useful idioms and create a sentence with each one, a sentence that brings out the meaning most clearly.
2. Using a different work situation, e.g. a restaurant or grocery store, use those sentences in a conversation between a manager and a worker. Feel free to insert interesting details of your own.
3. Have 3 classmates check your dialogue before publishing it.
4. Add a picture.
5. Create an audio recording.

1. Find some “Zumba” courses in this guide book. Discuss your interests with a partner.
